Atlas Wedding Gown

Atlas wedding gown has a bodice handcrafted in sheer sequinned and beaded tulle, over a nude glitter organza, and nude tulle lining. Full boning structure has been built into the bodice. We have used a mixture of steel and plastic bones, that keeps the fabric in shape and adds good bust support with a fabric covered bra cup.

Atlas wedding gown skirt has a ruffle wave effect in pure silk organza. The base fabric layer in glitter organza makes sure that you leave behind a slight sprinkling of fairy dust, (glitter) where ever you go. Atlas has a skirt back invisible zipper and is lined in silk cotton for comfort.

And just because we could, we added a really cool cage petticoat in the bottom half of the skirt that consists of 4 rings of spring steel, encased in a cotton binding (each one gets a bit larger as it descends the skirt) and is suspended from the lining. The hooped cage is removable, tied on with blue ribbons. The cage holds the shape of the skirt without the need for layers of heavy and cumbersome crinoline. It keeps the dress very light weight and makes it easier for cleaning and storage.

Note: Our silk/cotton lining is the perfect choice for our Australian climate. Keeping cooler and more comfortable in summer and warm through the cool winter months.
